What forms of payments do we accept?

On our website we accept credit card payments (Visa & Mastercard)

We accept bank transfer however, please contact us by phone or email in order to make arrangements for bank transfer.

Given the nature of our industry we require payment prior to report being released.

Do you have Professional Indemnity Insurance?

Yes, we hold Professional Indemnity Insurance.

How soon after the inspection do I get the report?

You will have the report within 24 hours, you will be advised of any delays.

Can I speak with the Inspector directly?

Yes, we welcome questions and are happy to answer any questions you may have.  However, we cannot provide legal advice or personal opinion on the contents of the report.

Do you go to the property to do your inspection?

No, our inspections are undertaken at the office of the Strata Manager, where a complex is self-managed we may attend the complex.  However, our reports are based on the information contained in the records of the Owners Corporation.

What areas/locations do you cover?

We service the Sydney Metropolitan Area and Wollongong, the Blue Mountains and the Central Coast.

When do we require payment for our service?

Payment must be made to us prior to the report being delivered.
